The whole site (formerly a farm) was levelled in preparation for construction works and is now served by a custom-built link road, superfast broadband, high voltage 9MVA power and drainage to cope with a one-in-a-hundred year storm.
Solent LEP invested £4,540,000 Local Growth Deal Funds to bring forward the link road, a critical piece of infrastructure to catalyse wider investment and development.
Dunsbury Park was also awarded £1.4 million towards access infrastructure works from the Solent Freeport’s seed capital fund.
New site wide amenities are planned and will be open to all. Nature trails, fitness tracks, picnic areas, café and meeting facilities will support the health and wellbeing of staff.
