Navigator Quarter comprises two parcels of land located to the north and to the east of the Southampton Airport runway. Both parcels of land are greenfield with the northern parcel owned by Blocwork and the eastern parcel owned by Southampton Airport.

The site also offers access to national road links with the M27 and M3 within five miles.

RAILSIDE is a 19.6-hectare redevelopment of the existing Eastleigh Works site providing a unique opportunity to deliver a rail, road and air connected international logistics hub as well as further R&D and light manufacturing facilities. RIVERSIDE is a 6.6-hectare light industrial and warehouse spaces on greenfield site alongside the Itchen Navigation.
SKYSIDE is a 19-hectare site adjacent to Southampton International Airport to the west, and the Itchen Navigation running along the east boundary. Skyside is the Science Park extension to Southampton Science Park, providing office and tech box spaces.
